Scheduling Your Service Visit

• When you contact Sparks Appliance Repair, we will ask a few questions about the appliance and the issue you are experiencing. Providing as much information as possible about the symptoms can help us arrive better prepared for the service visit.

• While some general troubleshooting may be discussed, most appliance problems require an in-person inspection to accurately diagnose the issue.

Service Call and Diagnosis

A $95 service call fee applies to all service visits. This fee covers travel to your location and the diagnostic inspection required to determine the cause of the appliance problem.

During the visit, the technician will inspect the appliance and perform diagnostic testing to identify the issue. Once the problem has been diagnosed, the recommended repair will be explained and any necessary parts will be discussed.

If you choose to proceed with the repair, the service call fee is typically applied toward the total repair cost.

Parts and Repair Timeline

Because appliance repairs often require specific replacement parts, it is common for parts to be ordered after the problem has been diagnosed.

If the required part is already available, the repair may be completed during the same visit. Otherwise, the part will be ordered and a follow-up visit will be scheduled once it arrives.

Most appliance repairs are completed within one or two service visits, depending on parts availability.

Payment

Most repairs are paid upon completion of the work once the appliance has been repaired and verified to be functioning properly.

In some situations, a partial payment may be required to order special or high-cost replacement parts. This deposit helps cover the cost of parts that must be ordered specifically for the repair.

Return Visits and Repair Warranty

Sparks Appliance Repair stands behind the quality of the work performed. If the same issue related to the original repair occurs after service, the appliance can be evaluated to determine whether the problem is related to the previous repair.

Warranty coverage applies only to the specific components that were replaced or repaired during the original service. If a separate or unrelated issue is discovered, it will be treated as a new service call.
